These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and x99999 ("x99999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the x99999 website, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual games, promotional offers, and payment services.

These Terms are published in English. x99999 may provide translated versions of these Terms for reference purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

All monetary values on the x99999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated. Accepted documents for age and identity verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by x99999 support will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If x99999 discovers that a player provided false information regarding their age or identity during registration, x99999 reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all wagers placed, and forfeit any winnings generated while the account was active. Deposited funds held at the time of closure may be returned at x99999's sole discretion after any applicable compliance review has been completed.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active x99999 account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. x99999 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, x99999 may merge, suspend, or permanently close the additional account(s) and void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. x99999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive important notifications regarding your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x99999 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account to place wagers. Any activity conducted through your x99999 account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. Withdrawal requests are processed by x99999 within the timeframes displayed in the cashier at the time of submission. x99999 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with applicable know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your x99999 account are legitimately yours, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not being channelled through the platform for money laundering purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x99999 platform:

x99999 monitors all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, x99999 may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, voiding of bets and bonuses, and permanent account closure. x99999 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity — including fraud and money laundering — to appropriate law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the player.

Players may request the closure of their x99999 account at any time by contacting the x99999 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in the account (after deduction of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be made available for withdrawal to a verified payment method.

x99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is closed by x99999 due to a breach of these Terms, x99999 may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. x99999 will notify the player of any such action via the email address registered on the account, to the extent permitted by applicable compliance and legal obligations.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the x99999 platform must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during their self-exclusion period. • Loss of winnings or expected winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error.
• Financial losses arising from a player's own betting decisions, including losses on cricket, casino, or sports betting markets.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank).
• Any loss of data, including transaction history, arising from technical issues outside x99999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on game outcome predictions, betting tips, or third-party information not published by x99999 itself.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or obvious pricing mistake (including but not limited to incorrectly quoted odds on a betting market), x99999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings generated from a manifestly erroneous price or game error are not payable and will be voided, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the bet was settled.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit x99999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law. These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. Players who registered prior to this date are subject to the updated Terms from the effective date onwards.
